  • Pre-qualify subcontractors for each project to insure a proper fit
  • Solicit, receive, and review bids from each trade to insure scope of work is fully covered and cost is conducive to the overall budget
  • Obtain necessary permits from governmental agencies having jurisdiction
  • Contract with all subcontractors to ensure all necessary materials and equipment are procured to meet the project schedule
  • Coordinate all subcontractor field activity Implement job-safety protocols to promote a safe working environment
  • Implement effective cost controls and project documentation
